About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join BJAK, Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform. This role is the glue that holds our creative ecosystem together, overseeing the entire workflow from project intake to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage creative project intake, ensuring requests are clearly briefed and prioritized
- →Oversee the entire creative workflow from kickoff to delivery
- →Allocate and manage resources across multiple creative projects
- →Serve as the central liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams
- →Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years in project management, traffic management, or creative operations
- ✓Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or related field
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving creative projects end-to-end
- ✓Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- ✓Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Notion
