About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join BJAK, a leading application platform developer in Southeast Asia. This role focuses on creating bold, conversion-friendly visuals that shape the look of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and ads (both static and motion).
- →Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-friendly visuals.
- →Use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production.
- →Collaborate with the content, video, and performance marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns.
- →Adapt and optimize visual assets based on performance data and feedback.
- →Maintain design quality across all brand touchpoints with consistency and precision.
- →Support product marketing initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate key value props.
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
- ✓A strong portfolio that shows clean visual execution and an eye for storytelling.
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing/motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- ✓Interest or experience in using AI tools for visual concepting and production.
- ✓Strong sense of layout, composition, and brand consistency.
- ✓Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
