About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Bjak, the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia. This role focuses on developing high-quality backend and frontend systems to provide affordable financial services to people in ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS, adhering to best coding practices
- βDevelop high-quality frontend applications using ReactJS and NextJS
- βEnsure production stability and promptly resolve critical issues
- βAnalyze existing code to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
- βSupport cross-functional teams by addressing change requests efficiently
- βMentor junior developers on software development best practices
- βReview peer pull requests to maintain code quality and consistency
Requirements
- βBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- βStrong foundation in algorithms and data structures
- βOver 3 years of full-time experience in software engineering
- βProficient in backend technologies: NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL
- βProficient in frontend technologies: ReactJS, NextJS, Styled-components
- βExperienced in database management: MongoDB, MySQL
- βFamiliar with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer
- βDemonstrated passion for programming and independent problem-solving
