About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join BJAK, Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform. This role focuses on shaping BJAK’s global brand identity and creating high-impact visual materials that reflect the company’s ambition, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity
- →Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces
- →Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- →Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—adapting brand expression as needed
- →Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency across outputs
- →Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business needs
- →Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- ✓Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
- ✓Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines
