About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join BJAK, a leading application platform developer in Southeast Asia. This role focuses on shaping the company's brand through impactful visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
- →Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all surfaces
- →Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results
- →Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—while adapting visual language seamlessly
- →Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring top-tier quality across all outputs
- →Mentor junior designers, guide creative execution, and support team-wide improvement
- →Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic insight to overall brand and design direction
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, visual excellence, and design leadership
- ✓Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- ✓Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production
- ✓Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
- ✓Ability to mentor others, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide creative direction
