About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles. This hands-on, execution-focused role involves working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and accurate hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
- →Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- →Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
- →Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
- →Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- →Help keep hiring operations organized, responsive, and moving at pace.
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
- ✓A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
