About the Role

We are looking for a Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating engaging, high-quality content. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce video materials that elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content.
→Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
→Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
→Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
→Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling.
→Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life.
→Handle the full production process, including media management, equipment setup, and exporting.
→Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and best practices.

Requirements

✓Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
✓1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house).
✓Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches.
✓Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
✓Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
✓Strong understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization.
✓Excellent attention to detail, visual composition, and pacing.
✓Ability to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
