About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join BlaBlaCar's Data Carpool Supply team. This role focuses on building innovative data products that enhance our carpool inventory and empower our drivers. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing how we provide and visualize carpool inventory data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine our supply strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Infuse a data-informed mindset to our Business and Product strategy by working with Leadership to define, analyze and report on KPIs
- →Provide actionable insights on user behavior during Product discovery and delivery
- →Oversee Product experimentation for feature squads: design AB test protocols, analyze impact, communicate results and deliver recommendations
- →Build, improve, and maintain self-service Tableau dashboards
- →Proactively identify and automate data processes to enhance operational efficiency
- →Design and architect data models in the data warehouse using dbt
- →Drive the integration of Generative AI across analytics practices
Requirements
- ✓Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business school
- ✓At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
- ✓Excellent command of SQL
- ✓Experience with Airflow, BigQuery, GCP, Tableau
- ✓Experience with data transformation tools like dbt
- ✓Understanding of Python for data analysis with Pandas and NumPy
- ✓Solid understanding of applied statistics, including A/B testing
- ✓Proficiency in data visualization tools
- ✓Experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Fluent in English
