About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Blacklane's Marketplace team, responsible for optimizing the partner experience and ensuring reliable, premium rides for guests. This role involves driving strategy and execution of features that enhance partner scheduling and marketplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to partners
→Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace
→Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams
→Develop data-driven insights to enhance partner scheduling efficiency
→Prioritize projects that align with business goals
→Maintain understanding of partner behaviors and market dynamics
→Act as the main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business

Requirements

✓5+ years of product management experience, at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager
✓Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles
✓Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
✓Experience with Data Science or Machine Learning Teams
✓Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
