About Blinq
Blinq is the AI contacts app for people who meet people.
We're on a mission to unlock the world's relationship potential. So much of what's possible in the world is locked inside relationships that never quite happen. A missed conversation, a forgotten follow-up, the right person at the wrong time. We're building so those chances aren't left to chance.
What started as the world's #1 digital business card is now used by 4 million professionals and at 93% of the Fortune 500. We've raised $45m+ from Blackbird, Square Peg, HubSpot Ventures, and Touring Capital.

Why join Blinq
You want to be part of an AI-native company at an inflection point. Big enough to have real momentum, customers, and resources. Small enough that the work you do shapes where it goes from here.
You want to do the best work of your life alongside people doing the same. We hold an unusually high bar for talent and we hire people who treat that as a feature, not a threat.
You want to build something globally ambitious from a part of the world that doesn't always think this big. Our team is in Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, and New York, and we're betting that the next category-defining company in our space comes from Australia.
You want to work in person, on purpose. Three days a week in the office, two wherever works for you. Creative energy and momentum compound face to face.
How we work
We've all joined Blinq to find out how good we really are. That shows up in how we work:
We are professional optimists. We think what's possible first and let constraints come second.
We hold an insanely high talent bar. A players only.
We are obsessed with craft. The details are the thing, not the polish on top of it.
We are truth obsessed. We say what's true even when it's uncomfortable, and we have the courage to pursue contrarian but correct bets.
We do more with less. Calculated frugality and beautiful simplicity guide how we build.
We are all here to genuinely do our life's best work.
Growth at Blinq
Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinqβs reach. We bring our story to life for customers, partners, and the broader market - showing them how a single βcard shareβ can launch a lasting relationship. If youβre passionate about connecting big ideas to the people who need them most, this is your place to shine.
Role & Impact
At Blinq, weβre reinventing how people connect in the real world.
Weβve built the fastest-growing way professionals share who they are - and weβre only just getting started. Our next chapter is about making Blinq not just useful, but unmissable. That means raising the bar for how we look, feel, and show up everywhere.
Weβre now looking for a Creative Designer - a hybrid creative powerhouse who can move fluidly between design execution and big-picture storytelling. Someone who thrives on craft but also sees the brand as a whole system to be shaped.
What You'll Do
β’ Make our product unmissable: UI mockups, app store visuals, motion storyboards, in-product illustration, and abstract product representation across every marketing surface
β’ Extend the brand: build out the system Ragged Edge handed us into components, templates, and asset libraries that scale our output
β’ Build for the agentic future: help shape how a brand team operates with AI tools, designing the systems and guardrails so we can move at the pace the company is moving
β’ Direct shoots: photo and video for our AI product (used by real people in real settings) and our NFC product line (more ecomm, more D2C)
β’ Direct external partners: brief and direct freelancers, contract designers, and external agencies as we scale our output
β’ Design performance creative: ad sets that test, learn, and ship fast across paid social and search
β’ Craft documents that sell: pitch decks, sales collateral, customer-facing PDFs that look as good as they read
What You'll Bring
β’ 4-7+ years brand design experience, ideally with serious time spent representing SaaS products
β’ A portfolio that shows strong product fluency: UI work, marketing surfaces that bring product to life, both abstract and realistic
β’ You've designed performance creative before. Not your specialty, but you've done it well
β’ Figma fluent. Comfortable in Canva. Open and curious about AI tools, even if you haven't gone deep yet
β’ A strong cross-functional collaborator who works well with product designers, marketers, and salespeople
β’ Energised by variety: from a performance ad to a shoot to extending a design system in the same week
β’ Excited by the opportunity to own more creative direction over time as we build trust in your taste, and equally happy to be hands-on and execution-focused day to day
β’ Thrives in fast-moving startup environments where priorities shift and you can shape the path forward
Why Join Blinq?
β’ A brand at its most exciting phase. We just rebuilt the foundation. Now we get to push it further across product, performance, ecomm, and beyond. No pixel-pushing inside a fully-formed system.
β’ The chance to level up your role with AI. We're shipping faster than ever on the product side, and we need brand and marketing to keep pace. You'll help build the systems, workflows, and guardrails that make that possible. This is how brand designers grow into something new.
β’ Real growth runway. We're scaling fast, which means real opportunity to grow with us. Whether that's deeper craft, more creative direction, or stretching into people leadership down the line.
β’ High bar, high trust. We're a Series A startup with serious ambition by global standards. The pace is fast, the feedback is direct, and the work is visible. If you want to do your best work alongside a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll fit in.
β’ Competitive salary, equity, and the chance to leave your fingerprint on a category-defining brand.
