About the Role

We are looking for a Global Supply Manager ASIC Tech Lead to join Block's Hardware Procurement team. This role involves contributing to Block's custom silicon and ASIC supply chain strategy across mining and hardware portfolio, with a focus on managing foundry relationships and OSAT partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage strategic partnerships with leading foundries and OSATs to secure capacity and ensure supply continuity
→Drive OSAT bring-up and qualification for advanced packaging and high-volume assembly/test operations
→Partner with ASIC design teams to translate design requirements into manufacturable supply chain solutions
→Develop multi-year sourcing strategies and manage supply-demand planning
→Work with suppliers to drive yield improvements and reduce cycle times
→Present supply chain strategies and risk assessments to Block's leadership team
→Lead complex pricing negotiations for wafers, packaging, and test services
→Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks

Requirements

✓12+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain management with deep focus on ASIC, foundry, and OSAT operations
✓Extensive foundry experience managing relationships and capacity at leading foundries
✓Deep OSAT expertise in qualifying and ramping OSATs for high-volume production
✓Ability to work cross-functionally with ASIC design teams
✓High-volume production ramp experience
✓Executive presence and communication skills
✓Strategic sourcing expertise
✓Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
