About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to drive our flagship micro-credit product, Borrow, at Cash App. This role involves building a more inclusive and transparent credit system powered by advanced ML models, with significant direct business impact and executive exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive cross-functional and executive alignment around a vision and roadmap
- →Partner with the ML team to maximize credit access within risk constraints
- →Partner with design and engineering to build a simple and delightful UX
- →Partner with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance
- →Partner with other product teams to ensure cohesive product portfolio integration
Requirements
- ✓High ownership and throughput in a hypergrowth environment
- ✓Track record of developing clear perspectives in ambiguous workstreams
- ✓Experience building and shipping medium to large consumer-facing product changes
- ✓Strong design sense with examples of redesigning major app components
- ✓Strong analytical abilities, preferably with ML product experience
- ✓Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts
