About the Role

We are seeking a Product Lead for Customer Journeys to shape the future of Cash App’s core customer journeys. This leader will own the vision, strategy, and execution of experiences that guide new and existing customers through Cash App’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and drive growth strategy for onboarding and engagement across high-opportunity customer segments.
→Build core journey infrastructure that guides customers through Cash App with contextual messaging and product nudges.
→Design remarkable onboarding experiences to help customers discover the full value of Cash App’s ecosystem.
→Lead high-impact initiatives spanning new user onboarding, engagement journeys, marketing surfaces, and adoption frameworks.
→Enable data-driven experimentation by building frameworks for segmentation, targeting, and journey optimization.
→Collaborate deeply across Cash App with teams in Marketing, Design, and Product Verticals.
→Measure and iterate by defining success metrics and continually improving the user journey.

Requirements

✓8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of growth, onboarding, or engagement experiences at scale.
✓Ability to blend systems thinking and user empathy, designing elegant and data-informed experiences.
✓Experience building foundational infrastructure like messaging systems or personalization frameworks.
✓Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes through experimentation and optimization.
✓Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to influence cross-functional partners.
✓Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills.
✓Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a bias for action and impact.
