About the Role

A Support Engineer plays a critical, customer-facing role within BlueOptima’s Customer Success Organisation. This product expert is responsible for the technical aspects of customer success, including onboarding, training, and support for BlueOptima’s Active MultiSite product suite.

Key Responsibilities

→Engage with customers remotely to assist with onboarding activities, understanding their challenges and requirements.
→Partner with the Customer Success Manager to maintain a deep understanding of the customer's technical infrastructure and objectives.
→Continually seek improvements to products and processes, capturing lessons learned from customer engagements.
→Create and manage customer-facing documents, including solution designs and test plans.
