Director of Demand Generation (Hybrid or Remote) at Bolster

Bolster is an AI-powered brand protection and threat detection platform helping companies detect, investigate, and take down phishing and impersonation scams—across web, social, app stores, dark web, and email—before they cause damage. We work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world and are on a mission to eliminate digital fraud at scale.  We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale pipeline creation as we grow from an inbound-led SMB/MM motion into a more balanced, enterprise-capable ABM engine.  This role owns demand generation strategy and marketing-sourced pipeline performance. You will define channel investment plans, build forecasting models, and drive pipeline creation across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in close partnership with VP of Marketing.   The north star for this role is simple: build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine.  Key Responsibilities • Own marketing-sourced pipeline performance across inbound, paid, and ABM programs • Define channel mix strategy and investment allocation across paid, inbound, lifecycle, and ABM • Develop quarterly and annual pipeline forecasts and present performance weekly to executive leadership • Propose and justify incremental investment plans tied to revenue targets • Establish the operating cadence and reporting standards for demand performance • Scale and optimize core demand gen for SMB and mid-market • Build and operationalize ABM programs to support enterprise expansion • Support outbound efforts with account air cover, targeted campaigns, & tight alignment with SDRs and AEs • Design programs that consistently generate enterprise-quality meetings • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure clean execution, attribution, and reporting • Work alongside an Integrated Marketing Manager to execute programs efficiently Requirements • 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation • Experience scaling demand at startup environments only (Series A–D) • Proven success: scaling inbound for SMB and mid-market & building and running ABM programs for enterprise • Comfortable owning a pipeline number without owning a large team • Strong collaborator with Sales, RevOps, and SDR teams • Security experience is a plus, but not required Why Bolster?
