About the Role
We are looking for an HVAC Sales Representative to join YORK Factory Direct, a leading brand in the HVAC distribution channel. This role involves promoting the YORK/Hitachi portfolio in the Atlanta metro area and requires travel within surrounding markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with existing customers while expanding growth year-over-year.
- →Discuss all the products and programs YORK Factory Direct offers to gain more share of wallet.
- →Advise customers to utilize all program features available to grow their business.
- →Prospect and recruit customers who fit the YORK partnership profile.
- →Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow.
- →Assist customers in selecting the best YORK products to meet their client’s needs.
- →Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
- →Ensure customers participate in industry-leading training classes.
- →Perform to plan and set sales goals for overall sales, sales calls, product mix/segmentation, new dealer registrations, training, and other sales metrics.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HVAC sales or related field.
- ✓Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- ✓Ability to travel within the Atlanta metro area and surrounding markets.
- ✓Knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends.
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
