About the Role
We are seeking an Agile Coach to lead and guide two development teams through Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives for two development teams
- →Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability
- →Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
- →Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
- →Remove impediments and proactively manage risks
- →Facilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany, India, US)
- →Ensure transparency in metrics such as velocity, burn-down, predictability, and quality indicators
- →Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable
- →Enable collaboration across hardware, software, and system engineering teams in the Energy domain
- →Guide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practices
