About the Role
We are looking for an AI Value & Business Insights Lead who combines strong business expertise with hands-on data architecture capability to transform AI outputs and analytical results into clear, actionable business insights for Mobility Aftermarket. This role will work closely with Bosch AI/analytics teams and MA business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions lead to better decisions, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand business challenges in the Mobility aftermarket
- →Design and manage data pipelines and cloud structures
- →Enable AI/analytics solutions
- →Translate AI outputs into measurable commercial impact
- →Define measurable KPIs for AI and data initiatives
- →Track business impact and present insights to MA leadership
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of Mobility aftermarket business
- ✓Experience designing and managing data pipelines
- ✓Strong knowledge of cloud-based data environments
- ✓Ability to interpret AI results and validate business relevance
- ✓Experience with ERP, Redmesh, and eCommerce systems
- ✓Skills in data governance and reliability
- ✓Ability to collaborate with IT and central data teams
