About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Specialist to ensure the stability and operational efficiency of virtual machines and automation applications in a global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure stable connections between Virtual Machines (VM) and Automation Applications (AA), identifying communication failures and taking corrective actions
- →Configure, maintain, and supervise active scripts for checking VM status 24/7, generating alerts for unresponsive or abnormal behavior
- →Perform regular manual checks on the Automation 360 platform to confirm automated processes are running without issues
- →Receive, prioritize, and execute operational requests related to bots, ensuring actions are documented and communicated
- →Monitor the database associated with automated processes, reporting and acting on any anomalies
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Virtual Machines and Automation Applications
- ✓Knowledge of scripting and automation platforms
- ✓Ability to monitor and maintain database performance
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience in a global, multi-site environment
