About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Planning Analyst to join our team. This role involves assessing and executing the Sales planning process, controlling and reporting of Sales KPIs, and translating KPIs to achieve Target Business results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess and execute the Sales planning process
- →Control and report on Sales KPIs
- →Translate KPIs to 2WP-IN level to achieve Target Business results
- →Manage Current Forecast, Business Plan, and Long term planning for Volume and pricing
- →Update prices in SAP system, including Documentation and Workflow
- →Check calculation of forex reconciliation
- →Follow up on Forex PO: DN/CN to customer
- →Support CSM, RPM (Regional Potential Meeting) and other Management requirements
- →Update KPI Dashboard monthly in BI report
- →Ensure compliance with IND AS115 (data for Local GAAP)
- →Execute POA
- →Prepare Monthly MIS for 2WP IN management and RBIN Management
- →Manage R&D Schedule
- →Handle PCR entry
- →Coordinate IFRS and handle entry posting
- →Manage MBR reporting P&L Series
- →Consolidate results
- →Handle RBIN INDAS 115 Audit
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Sales planning processes
- ✓Experience with SAP and BI systems
- ✓Knowledge of IFRS and IND AS115
- ✓Ability to manage and report on KPIs
- ✓Experience with MIS and P&L reporting
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
