About the Role

We are seeking a Market Development Manager to drive growth for Bosch's industrial boiler solutions in Nigeria. This role involves market analysis, sales management, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics in Nigeria
→Drive market expansion by increasing Bosch's market share and brand recognition
→Identify and secure new customers while exploring untapped markets and opportunities
→Manage sales for Bosch's industrial boiler solutions, focusing on steam and hot water systems
→Achieve or exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and initiatives
→Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners
→Lead the introduction of new products or services in the market
→Develop after-sales opportunities, including maintenance contracts and customer training programmes
→Ensure all activities align with Bosch's internal standards and regional regulations
→Manage customer receivables and open payables to maintain healthy cash flow
→Monitor sales KPIs and provide detailed monthly reports to the Regional Business Director
→Support the execution of regional marketing plans
→Represent Bosch at key industry events to promote solutions and enhance visibility
