About the Role
We are looking for a CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves creating, modifying, and optimizing programs to improve machining results in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, change, and optimize CNC programs for better machining results
- →Support MOE planners for design of BAZ fixtures and tool changing parts
- →Lead and manage the standardization of production technologies through business relations
- →Perform simultaneous engineering activities for new product ramp-ups
- →Manage ECR processes and perform necessary changes on CNC programs, tools, and fixtures
- →Perform manufacturability checks for new TTNRs and finalize necessary actions
- →Support new CNC machine installations and startups
- →Troubleshoot serial production issues with MOE planners
- →Train MOE employees on change over, tool measurement, and CNC program adjustments
- →Attend Gemba and Q-Tisch Meetings to exchange information about new projects
- →Implement new technologies within the responsibility area
- →Realize common projects within IPN and deploy them across plants
Requirements
- ✓Experience with CNC programming and tooling
- ✓Knowledge of fixture design and manufacturing processes
- ✓Ability to manage ECR processes and perform traceability records
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues
- ✓Experience with new CNC machine installations and startups
- ✓Ability to train employees on various manufacturing processes
- ✓Project management skills for implementing new technologies and projects
