About the Role
We are looking for a Component SE-Team Lead to join our engineering team. This role focuses on achieving target costs and ensuring design quality for various components.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve target cost on component level in the SE-Team
- →Take responsibility for components and assemblies from a design perspective
- →Create models and technical drawings
- →Serve as main contact person for design topics internally and externally
- →Release work products (state 20)
- →Create, align, present, and execute changes in eAxle integration team
- →Manage change cost transparency and improvement
- →Handle supplier management on technical level within SE-Team
