About the Role
We are looking for talented profiles for our Mobility Solutions Services. This role involves responding to emergency calls, coordinating roadside assistance, and tracking stolen vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Emergency Calls Response: Make contact with vehicle occupants and coordinate further measures after accidents.
- →Coordinate Roadside Assistance: Arrange appropriate assistance services for drivers in case of breakdowns or accidents, including replacement cars and hotels.
- →Track stolen vehicles: Help customers locate and recover their stolen vehicles using GPS tracking.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to respond to emergency calls effectively
- ✓Strong coordination and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems
