About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support auditor functions through data analytics and tools for audit preparation and execution. This role involves analyzing business processes and developing data analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze data from various business process areas including human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, and sales.
- →Develop and execute data analytics, including scoping topics and introducing new analytic solutions using SQL and Python.
- →Prepare dashboards using Power Bi, Power-pivot, and create process automations.
- →Support the headquarters team with advanced data analytics and AI use cases such as supervised/unsupervised learning and text-mining.
Requirements
- ✓High IT affinity with knowledge of business areas or end-to-end processes.
- ✓Experience with analytics tools and technologies such as Python, Power Bi, SQL, and web-forms.
- ✓Good analytical skills with a curiosity for big data.
- ✓Proficiency in SAP data extraction and analysis.
- ✓Strong knowledge of human resources or related business process areas.
- ✓Independent, solution-oriented working style.
- ✓Team-player with a cooperative attitude and ability to work in diverse teams.
- ✓Ability to present analytics to different target audiences.
- ✓Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
