β’ Team Enablement: Directly supports and empowers Domain & decentralized development teams, acting as a technical guide and gathering feedback to continuously improve platform utility.
β’ Core Expertise: Leverages strong expertise in Databricks and SQL to guarantee data quality and provide reliable data for analysis and business processes.
β’ Empower Teams: Act as a primary consultant, guiding teams on data engineering best practices and effective platform use, fostering a data-driven culture.
β’ Master Modern Data Engineering Stack: Build and orchestrate robust data pipelines, ensuring data reliability, accessibility, and readiness for analytics and ML.
β’ DevOps and Data Automation: Leverage CI/CD expertise to create efficient, automated, and scalable data workflows for development teams.
β’ Ensure Data Quality: Monitor and guarantee data quality, making it transparent across the organization.
β’ Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders and other IT teams, actively contributing to our data community.
