About the Role

We are looking for an Applications Engineer to provide support and solutions for electronic and electro-hydraulic systems globally. This role involves offering technical advice to both customers and internal departments, ensuring effective information provision to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Review, advise and process system requests from the field, including those for new or modified products
→Review and process requests for hardware adaptations or development, providing technical expertise and advice
→Provide product and systems recommendations based on customer needs and requirements
→Integrate electro-hydraulic control systems with OEM specific electronic architecture
→Create statement of work in early project phase for development cost calculation
→Develop project specific documentation to fulfill customer requirements and internal guidelines
→Develop application specific software and provide field support for initial testing and optimization
→Provide field support for system commissioning
→Liaise with Sales, Customers and other personnel to report activities and progress
→Create market surveys for special markets or application solutions
→Perform field data-acquisition and analysis
→Assist customers in hands-on troubleshooting
→Coordinate activities and project progress with internal departments, customers and suppliers
→Support application and solution trainings for internal or external customers
→Liaise with international colleagues for personal expertise development
→Provide support at exhibitions
