About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our ICA (Integrated Calibration and Application) department. This role involves leading technical solution proposals for customers by leveraging innovative measurement adaptation and diagnostic solutions such as INCA, INCA-FLOW, ETK, EATB, and ASCMO.
Key Responsibilities
- →Utilize expertise in measurement adaptation and diagnostic solutions to make optimal technical proposals to customers.
- →Understand customer ECU development processes, test environments, and existing toolchains to design and propose optimal solution architectures.
- →Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops, including demos at development sites, to resolve customer technical questions.
- →Build trust with customers and serve as a technical consultant to support problem-solving.
- →Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from management to development engineers, to provide technical advice and support.
- →Understand customer goals and challenges in mobility development and clearly communicate how our solutions contribute to their business value.
- →Lead the creation of technical responses for RFI/RFPs to meet customer requirements accurately.
- →Collaborate with sales representatives to develop technical strategies from the early stages of business negotiations, conduct customer needs assessments, and jointly promote proposal activities.
- →Support planning and execution of PoCs to help customers experience the concrete benefits of our solutions.
- →Facilitate smooth transitions to the implementation phase after contracts by collaborating with implementation teams and partners.
- →Provide feedback from customers and market needs to product development teams in overseas locations to contribute to product improvements and new feature development.
- →Collaborate with global teams to deploy the latest product information and success stories in the Japanese market.
Requirements
- ✓Deep knowledge of measurement adaptation and diagnostic solutions, including INCA, INCA-FLOW, ETK, EATB, and ASCMO.
- ✓Experience in ECU development, functional adaptation, diagnostics, and autonomous driving.
- ✓Ability to understand customer development processes, test environments, and existing toolchains.
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills to conduct technical presentations and workshops.
- ✓Experience in RFI/RFP response creation and technical proposal development.
- ✓Ability to collaborate with sales representatives and other teams to promote proposal activities.
- ✓Experience in PoC planning and execution.
- ✓Ability to provide feedback from customers and market needs to product development teams.
- ✓Experience in collaborating with global teams.
