About the Role
We are looking for a Global PMO Coordinator to support international project teams and enhance communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings, events, and collaboration across international project teams
- →Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledge-management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams)
- →Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, quick guides, FAQs, and community posts
- →Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions
- →Engage with stakeholders to support change management, communications, and overall project enablement activities
- →Contribute to ad-hoc tasks within the PMO and communication environment
