About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the country finance function and lead the finance team. This role involves strategic financial planning, internal controls, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the country finance function and lead the finance team
- →Develop financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and strategic support
- →Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures through internal controls
- →Analyze and report financial performance with recommendations
- →Support business in evaluating proposals and investment projects
- →Manage tax position and reporting
- →Maintain treasury functions and banking relationships
- →Oversee accounting and billing activities
- →Provide commercial support in negotiations
- →Supervise day-to-day accounting and reporting
- →Implement automation and optimization projects
- →Manage relationships with vendors, customers, auditors, and authorities
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in financial management and leadership
- ✓Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
