About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team at Robert Bosch Plant. This role involves planning product unit costs, preparing budgets, and analyzing monthly deviations of material and overhead.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct material analysis including prices, usage deviations, and consumables
- →Analyze overhead cost centers impacting overall product team result (EBIT)
- →Perform value stream budget controlling, steering, and support
- →Support Value Stream to define and evaluate cost saving measures
- →Evaluate product cost reduction projects (RPP)
- →Prepare business plan unit costing and standard calculations
- →Prepare business plans including target derivation input support
- →Present quarterly forecasted and actual P&L results to regional and global business units
- →Handle quotations and project calculations for new business opportunities
- →Prepare benchmarks to support financial competitiveness
- →Prepare leadtype analysis
- →Understand manufacturing concepts to support financial steering
- →Participate in product and Value Stream KPIs to support target achievement
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in financial analysis and cost accounting
- ✓Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- ✓Ability to analyze material and overhead costs
- ✓Knowledge of P&L statements and financial reporting
- ✓Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
