About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join Bosch Service Solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers regarding automotive products, technical support, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
→Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies
→Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients
→Assist with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, and first-level technical support
→Support customers with the use of IoT technologies and related apps

Requirements

✓Proficiency in German language
✓Customer service experience
✓Ability to handle technical support inquiries
✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✓Willingness to undergo company-paid training
