β’ Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing/production company.
β’ Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and military record management requirements.
β’ Hands-on experience managing the full HR cycle, including: Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
β’ Experience in facilitation and moderation of meetings, workshops, and internal discussions.
β’ English level β Intermediate or higher.
β’ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
β’ High level of emotional intelligence and ability to partner effectively with managers and leadership teams.
β’ Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
β’ Experience supporting organizational development and change initiatives.
β’ Understanding of payroll processes and experience with BAS HRM will be considered an advantage.
