We are seeking a Test Program Developer to work with Advantest V93000 testers. This role involves developing test concepts and specifications, releasing failure analysis test programs, and improving test time and yield.

Requirements
- ✓BE / B.Tech/M Tech (ECE)
- ✓8+ years of hands on experience with Advantest v93k Platform
- ✓Strong understanding on Analog / Mixed signal test methods
- ✓Debugging experience on ICs like Voltage Regulators, DAC, ADC, Power devices etc.
- ✓Familiarity with test hardware design
- ✓Familiarity with the tools like Altium, Orcad
- ✓Should be a team player and flexible to travel to Germany for extended durations
