About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves managing hardware and mobile device lifecycle, providing end-user support, and contributing to business process improvements through automation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the setup, delivery, and deployment of new PCs and notebooks for employees.
- →Oversee the provisioning, formatting, and configuration of corporate mobile phones (iOS/Android).
- →Manage the assignment and delivery of corporate mobile lines.
- →Provide friendly and effective in-person technical assistance to users at our on-site IT Space / Help Desk.
- →Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline business and IT processes using Power Automate.
- →Create, manage, and update dashboards using Power BI to report on IT metrics and provide business insights.
Requirements
- ✓Experience with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
- ✓Knowledge of mobile device management for iOS and Android platforms.
- ✓Strong end-user support skills.
- ✓Proficiency in Power Automate for process automation.
- ✓Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
