About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR Manager to join Bosch's innovative program. This role focuses on integrating Generative AI into HR processes and shaping the future of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze current trends in the HR tech sector and develop strategic solutions
- →Develop strategies for integrating HR tech solutions in global teams
- →Participate in the development and implementation of innovative HR topics and tools
- →Analyze and implement GenAI solutions in HR processes (e.g. chatbots, text creation, automated analyses)
- →Optimize candidate and employee journeys through AI-supported systems
