About the Role
We are looking for a Gear System Engineer to serve as the key contact person for internal and external customers regarding gear system-related questions. This role involves coordinating design and gearbox layout for the e-axle and ensuring targets for gear system attributes such as efficiency, reliability, NVH, and weight are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate design and gearbox layout for the e-axle
- →Ensure targets for gear system attributes are met under consideration of costs
- →Technically coordinate transmission suppliers
- →Support validation of transmission scopes in coordination with project management
- →Coordinate interfaces of the scope of delivery for the target system
- →Approve construction deviations
- →Track all TR-relevant changes within change management
Requirements
- ✓Experience in gear system engineering
- ✓Strong understanding of transmission systems and e-axle design
- ✓Proficiency in change management processes
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
