About the Role
We are looking for an Organization Management Specialist to maintain and audit the SAP P59 system for organization management. This role involves ensuring global organizational structures, organizations, and org charts are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and audit the SAP P59 organization management system monthly
- →Manage user assignments for new hires, both direct and indirect
- →Administer roles for standard HR Global platforms and SAP P59
- →Manage key HR indicators and propose improvements
- →Create and track purchase orders for the local HR department
- →Serve as HR Partner for PT-RT/MEX organization for all Core HR processes
- →Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
- →Define, evaluate, and promote fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation packages
- →Develop compensation philosophy that meets company needs and complies with Mexican legislation
- →Identify, analyze, and promote existing and future benefits
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SAP P59 and organization management systems
- ✓Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- ✓Ability to administer roles in HR platforms
- ✓Understanding of compensation and benefits management
- ✓Familiarity with Mexican labor legislation
- ✓Strong organizational and analytical skills
- ✓Experience with purchase order management
