About the Role

We are looking for a Polish-English Customer Support Specialist to join Bosch Service Solutions. This role involves assisting customers with questions about product portfolios, import/export procedures, technical support, and IoT technologies for vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
→Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies
→Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients
→Utilize language skills in Polish and English to support Polish and UK speaking customers
→Handle first-level technical support and complaints
→Support customers with the use of IoT technologies and apps

Requirements

✓Passion for technology and cars
✓Strong language skills in Polish and English
✓Customer service experience
✓Ability to work in shifts
