About the Role
We are looking for an Order Operations Specialist to manage the order cycle and ensure proper execution and delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track the operational cycle of orders, monitoring their correct execution and delivery
- →Update and control reports of orders, shipments, pending deliveries, and product availability
- →Follow up on operational indicators such as stock, coverage, and fill rate by customer or channel
- →Analyze inventory shortages, availability, and product arrivals to support commercial management
- →Provide operational support to the sales force, following up on requirements, pending commercial matters, and updating customer information
