Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and document all activities from prototype kick-off to delivery
- →Track and record shipments to customers
- →Attend program team meetings for kick-off and project status
- →Lead prototype team to achieve customer key-event dates
- →Manage program timelines and activity reports for on-time completion
- →Utilize customer supply portals for prototype program management
- →Coordinate between Program Management and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- →Organize and lead prototype team meetings
- →Provide monthly reports on program progress
- →Ensure final product meets customer and internal quality standards
- →Coordinate Corrective Action reports for quality issues
- →Coordinate prototype orders with Program Management and Purchasing
- →Analyze prototype costs to support sales and cost management
- →Process work instructions, control plans, and plant layout
- →Assist logistics and shipping teams with material handling
- →Identify and mitigate risks to project timing and quality
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management, preferably in automotive or steering systems
- ✓Strong coordination and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of quality standards and documentation
- ✓Experience with supply chain and logistics
- ✓Analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting
- ✓Problem-solving abilities to address prototyping challenges
