Key Responsibilities
- βCoordinate Quality Metric activities
- βWork with stakeholders to collect data for monthly quality status reports
- βConsolidate and analyze project data to identify improvement areas
- βSupport Quality Dashboard, Report, and Automation topics
- βCoordinate Quality Audit activities
- βCommunicate with stakeholders to plan and arrange audit schedules
- βSupport OPLs follow-up and create audit status reports
- βProvide administration support for internal trainings
