About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth for RAC. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies across multiple channels to achieve annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
- โDevelop and execute sales strategies to support RAC business growth in alignment with company objectives
- โExpand and manage multi-channel sales network, including KA and offline channels
- โDrive development of JD offline stores (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities), local retail chain stores, and TOP decoration companies
- โDevelop and manage JD and Tmall Youpin offline franchise stores in Tier 3 & Tier 4 cities
- โStrengthen the newly launched SHT self-operated sales channel and ensure effective integration with existing KA channels
- โAchieve annual sales targets and deliver sustainable revenue growth
- โMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategy
- โEnsure high-quality execution and strong customer relationship management across all sales channels
