About the Role
Bosch is seeking candidates for a Rotational Development Program (RDP) tailored for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month, entry-level program offers professional and leadership opportunities within the Power Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support change request management, requirements engineering, system and software architecture design, and testing activities
- →Develop, analyze, and debug both low-level and application software
- →Execute delivery testing to ensure software quality and compliance
- →Analyze customer-reported issues and drive root-cause investigation
- →Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations
- →Contribute to internal system and software improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- ✓Strong understanding of software engineering principles
