About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join Bosch. This high-visibility position involves working closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting service level, sales, and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with all relevant Bosch departments to achieve customer satisfaction while meeting service level, sales and profit targets for assigned customer
- →Collaborate with the customer's Category Managers to develop joint category plans and drive new initiatives
- →Build and maintain 100% portfolio and price alignment with the customer
- →Establish strong cross-functional relationships with the customer
- →Research competition and drive new business ideas
- →Arrange and host joint market visits with the customer nationwide
