About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and drive innovation through effective project management. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept to completion, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, integrating various methodologies & acting on lessons learnt.
- →Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- →Coordinate with product management, engineering, production, procurement, quality teams & external partners.
- →Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objective, deadlines, and budgets.
- →Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- →Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- →Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, KPIs, and outcomes. Ensure transparency & escalate issues beyond own authority.
- →Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and maintain project documentations.
