• Als IT Prozess Expertin bzw. Experte verantwortest du die applikationsübergreifende Beratung und das Alignment der internen Kundenanforderungen in den Prozessbereichen FI (Finance) und CO (Controlling). Dabei unterstützt du angrenzende Prozessbereiche (Qualität, Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik, Investitionen sowie die Robert Bosch (RB)‑Zentralbereiche).
• Als kompetente Ansprechperson begleitest du die Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) Rechtseinheiten im Systemumzug von unseren SAP R3 Systemen auf die neuen S4/HANA Systeme, inklusive der Anbindung an die Systeme der Konzernzentrale.
• Du verantwortest die Definition des Prozess‑ und Lösungsdesigns für die Anforderung, die Ableitung und Dokumentation der geeigneten Umsetzung sowie den weltweiten Roll‑Out in den jeweiligen HC‑Gesellschaften. Damit untersützen wir weltweit unsere Finanz‑ und Controllingorganisation.
• Des Weiteren betreust sowie schulst du die Key User in unseren weltweiten Standorten und übernimmst Supportaufgaben.
• Souverän bewegst du dich in einem internationalen Projektumfeld, wirkst maßgeblich in übergeordneten IT‑Projekten und deren Umsetzung (z.B. SAP/R3, S4/HANA) mit. Dabei betreust du professionell deine interne Kundschaft.
• Zudem befindest du dich in einem regelmäßigen Austausch mit weiteren Prozessgebieten innerhalb HC sowie mit den zentralen Finanz‑ und Controllingfunktionen der RB-Zentrale und weiterer Handelsgeschäftsbereiche.
• Nicht zuletzt wirkst du durch deine Person aktiv bei der Transformation im Finance und Controlling Bereich mit.
