About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to strategic manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity across semiconductor operations. This role involves working on both plant-specific and international semiconductor network projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, support, and provide strategic consulting on Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solutions for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at our Penang plant.
- →Play a vital role in software projects to connect our global semiconductor network, focusing on boosting manufacturing productivity.
- →Take primary responsibility for the development and maintenance of critical global-use software and reporting platforms for international initiatives.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, and international stakeholders to define business requirements and create technical specifications.
- →Analyze manufacturing workflows and assess current systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend CIM solutions that optimize processes.
- →Manage the full software development lifecycle for new and existing CIM solutions and global reporting platforms.
- →Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards for key manufacturing metrics.
- →Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CIM solutions by addressing bugs and responding to user inquiries.
- →Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions.
- →Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet objectives while exploring new technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
