About the Role

We are seeking a Team Lead to drive lean digital transformation within the Mobility Aftermarkets organization in North America. This role involves leading a diverse team to implement digital solutions and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead a small, diverse team to drive lean digital transformation
→Coordinate the Lean Digital Transformation project within North America
→Deliver solutions to automate existing pain points using project management discipline
→Facilitate Lean & Digital Workshops
→Oversee Digitalization & Lean community building
→Utilize GPS (Hoshin Kanri) Process for Mobility Aftermarkets
→Maintain Balanced Scorecard including annual KPI identification
→Supervise, mentor and coach lean digital specialists
→Partner with Digitalization & Business Process Automation Expert to develop project intake process
→Develop deep business process knowledge and foster relationships
→Conduct Digital Lean Management Wave Planning and Execution

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics or related field
✓5 years of experience in Lean Improvement, Continuous Improvement, or Robotic Process Automation
✓Experience with Project and Program Management
✓Knowledge of improvement methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma and Agile
✓Ability to analyze large quantities of data using Excel
✓Experience with Power BI, Alteryx or other analytical/automation software
✓Understanding of lean management methodology such as McKinsey or Shingojitsu
✓Willingness to travel 10-20% internationally and domestically
