We are looking for a  Technical Lead, to guide architectural decisions and engineering efforts, to support implementation as full stack developer and to ensure robust code quality. As a Co-Project Lead, the chosen will share responsibility and serve as stand-in for a major platform initiative.
Key responsabilities:
• Transparency and Governance: Improved visibility and enabling of IT governance by identifying overlaying solutions in our End2End processes.
• Operational Guidance and Standardization: Consistent and efficient process execution by users knowing which solution to use in which process step.
• Collaboration: Enhanced cooperation across different functional areas and plants to share solutions and knowledge.
• Support and Integration: Streamlined issue reporting and change management for solutions in the solution lifecycle.
• Scalability: Efficient leveraging of existing solutions and minimizing development efforts.
• AI and Automation: future implementation of AI-driven support to reduce human effort while chatbots are already connected to fasten information access.
• Enable the S4 DALI migration: Enabling the data analytics team to get a prioritized list of R3 tables that need to be translated to S4 and once done gives it back to the solution owner.
